I purchased these as a gift for my friend’s two daughters and had them delivered directly to her home. I paid extra for gift wrapping and to include a personal message, but unfortunately, neither was included. My friend mentioned that the items were lovely and of good quality, and her daughters loved them, which is the most important aspect. However, I am disappointed that the additional features I paid for were missing, though this is an issue with Amazon, not the seller.
