This game has always been a favorite of mine from my childhood, so I couldn’t resist purchasing it when it was on sale to enjoy with my 4-year-old. It arrived well-packaged in a smaller box but included the same barrel and pirate. The quality is excellent; all the swords function perfectly and pop out at various times. It’s easy to store since it fits compactly in the box. The game is simple to play and teaches kids about patience, sharing, and taking turns. Overall, a fantastic purchase—5 stars!

Once the little ones grasped the concept of the game, they were on the edge of their seats, eagerly anticipating the pop-up. It also doubles as an enjoyable drinking game for adults—if it doesn’t pop, you take a shot. By the end of the game, you might find yourself either quite inebriated or nearly bursting from the excitement of the pop!

This is a fun little game reminiscent of pop up pirate. You place the Dino down and insert the chicken legs to make it pop. I’ve noticed that sometimes the Dino doesn’t go down easily; you really have to push and twist it. Occasionally, it doesn’t pop at all. So far, the bottom holes on the Dino have never made it pop for us. However, my child still enjoys this game a lot, and the fact that it doesn’t require batteries is a plus.
