We received the product, and it worked briefly when we first tested it. However, we left it unused until today—Halloween—and it only lasted a few minutes. We replaced the battery, but that didn’t solve the issue. The hand still functioned, but the face did not. My son was really let down since this was specifically bought for Halloween, and he couldn’t even take it out with him while it was working. I purchased this on September 23rd to be prepared, but now we’re beyond the 30-day return policy, so I can’t even replace it, despite it being clearly faulty! This has been extremely disappointing, especially for our son!

Brilliant Halloween mask & gloves set. Batteries come with the gloves and spares but you do need 2 X AA batteries for the mask. Lighting is bright in the dark & also has flashing mode on both mask and gloves. Perfect for teenagers

The mask and gloves are fantastic, and it’s great that spare batteries for the gloves are included. I haven’t inserted batteries into the mask yet, but it looks impressive even with the lights off. The only downside is that the gloves are quite large, more suitable for older teenagers or adults.
