Perplexus Epic is an incredibly engaging and challenging 3D maze game that provides hours of fun for both kids and adults alike. With 125 obstacles to navigate through, it really puts your patience, precision, and memory to the test. The design encourages a variety of strategies to successfully maneuver the ball across the intricate pathways, making every session a new adventure.
Many users have noted the fun factor, with one parent mentioning how their children are completely captivated by the game, even preferring it over screen time. The quality of Perplexus is also highly praised, as it stands out from cheaper imitations on the market, ensuring a durable and enjoyable experience.
However, it’s worth mentioning that some users have encountered slight manufacturing defects in certain steps, particularly step 36. While this has been frustrating for some, many have found workarounds and still appreciate the overall challenge the game offers.
Overall, Perplexus Epic is not just a toy; it’s a skill-building puzzle that encourages critical thinking and provides a sense of accomplishment with each successful maneuver. A perfect gift for anyone who loves a challenge!

To successfully navigate the maze, you’ll need patience, precision, knowledge, and memory. When you encounter the spirals, allow the spiral to guide the ball instead of trying to force it. This is a fantastic challenge for both kids and adults. Perplexus toys are definitely not designed for quick play; I recommend collecting all the maze balls, as I have done. Be cautious with cheaper alternatives, as I’ve tried them before. Perplexus was the original, and their quality remains unmatched.

Great game with a good level of challenge, and it arrived promptly.

Initially, I unknowingly purchased a counterfeit version of Perplexus and absolutely loved it. Later, I discovered that Perplexus is the original, and after completing the fake version, I feel the need to tackle the more challenging Epic. The game has not disappointed me, but I encountered a manufacturing defect at step 36 (see pictures) on both the first one I received and the replacement. The replacement is slightly better, allowing me to push the track on top through the transparent shell to let the ball pass. However, this is not by design, and I simply cannot progress past step 36 on the original. I’ve thought about returning it for a refund, but I haven’t found a physical toy store that stocks it. I plan to order another replacement to see if I can get one completely free of this defect, as I worry that my current “workaround” might eventually fail. I’m unsure if this is a common issue since I can’t find any mention of step 36 online, or if it’s limited to this particular batch.
