Return and Refund Policy

1. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or cancelled within 4 hours of placement. After this window, orders are locked for processing and cannot be altered or cancelled.

Our representatives can assist with changes to size, style, shipping information, color, or quantity.

2. Defective Item Policy

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

We will replace or fully refund items that:

  • Significantly differ from the provided description or preview
  • Arrive damaged due to factory fault or carrier mishandling
  • Do not match the original order

2.2 Claim Process

To initiate a claim:

  1. Contact support@toyshoppe.co.uk within 30 days of receipt
  2. Provide the following information:
  • Order number
  • Video/photo evidence of the defect
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Full delivery address

2.3 Resolution

Upon claim approval, we will:

  • Send a replacement product at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund, including shipping expenses

3. Customer Remorse Returns

3.1 Eligibility

Returns for change of mind are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided:

  • Items are unused, unaltered, and undamaged
  • Original packaging, tags, and materials are intact

3.2 Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return
  2. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

3.3 Ineligible Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The 30-day period has elapsed
  • Products show signs of use or damage
  • Items lack original tags or packaging

4. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times typically range from 7 to 10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

5. Shipping Address Errors

5.1 Customer-Provided Incorrect Address

  • We will attempt to notify the customer via email
  • Address changes must be confirmed within 5 days to avoid automatic refund processing
  • For packages returned due to address errors, customers may choose between reshipment (at their expense) or refund (excluding original shipping costs)

5.2 Lost Packages

  • Domestic packages are considered lost after 15 business days without updates
  • International packages are considered lost after 21 business days without updates
  • We will reprint and reship lost items at no additional cost

6. Out of Stock Items

In the event of stock unavailability:

  1. We will process available items as normal
  2. Customers will be notified about out-of-stock items and offered:
    a) Alternative size/color options
    b) Refund for the unavailable item
  3. If no response is received within 5 business days, a refund will be automatically processed
